摘要
为提高催化油浆利用率,采用催化油浆先拔头再改性后与基质沥青调和的工艺制备道路沥青,研究了油浆改性工艺和调和工艺对沥青性能的影响。结果表明,兰炼油浆实沸点蒸馏在468℃的切割温度下得到的蒸馏残油收率为47.4%,25℃针入度为128×10-1 mm;采用实验室自制改性剂A101,并对兰炼油浆蒸馏残油在不同改性缩合反应条件下获得的缩合油浆进行四组分分析,确定适宜的改性条件为:反应温度为230℃、反应时间为10 h。缩合油浆与高富AH-50沥青、高富AH-70沥青的质量比为2:4:4时,调和沥青样品各项性能均可满足AH-70沥青(A等级)的指标要求。
Abstract
In order to increase the comprehensive utilization of FCC slurry,heavy-duty road asphalts are prepared by blending matrix asphalts with the modified FCC slurry after topped.The effect of the modification process and the blending process conditions on the performance of asphalt samples are studied.The experimental results show that the yield of the topped FCC slurry from Lanzhou Refinery is 47.4% at 468℃ and its penetration is 128×10-1 mm at 25℃.Component analysis results for different condensed slurry indicate that the optimum conditions for the modification reaction are as follows:reaction temperature is controlled at 230℃,reaction performs for 10 h and small amount of self-made catalyst A101 is used.It is found that AH-70 grade road asphalts can be produced when the blending ratio of the condensed slurry,Gaofu AH-50 asphalts and Gaofu AH-70 asphalts is 2:4:4.
